For over two decades, Kelly has been leading Service Culture programs and Leadership development in the Hawaiian Islands and the mainland United States through her experience in the hospitality industry. She has held numerous Executive Leadership positions including Area General Manager, General Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing roles.

Prior to joining Here and Now Consulting, Kelly was the Area General Manager for Outrigger Hospitality Group in Waikiki at the company’s most significant ocean front resorts. Leading each property, her focus has always been on developing the team first that leads to success in customer engagement and financial business results. She has always concentrated on innovation, technology, team training, and operational excellence.

Kelly’s past executive roles have taken her around the world connecting and engaging with corporate customers and travel partners developing successful business strategies. Those executive roles include prominent Hawai‘i hotels, including The MODERN HONOLULU and The Princeville Resort. Most notably, she successfully led the transition of the Service Culture for the Royal Hawaiian from a Sheraton Hotel to the Luxury Collection brand. Kelly brings an impressive track record of success in repositioning hotels in Hawai‘i.

Kelly grew up in Hawaii and has always been committed to giving back to the community. She has served on numerous boards involved in education, women’s leadership/development, and hospitality. She earned a BFA in Theatre and Education from Stephens College in Colombia, MO.
