Raiga Toyoda serves as the Director of Business Development at Here and Now Consulting. A graduate of Ritsumeikan University in Osaka, Japan, Raiga brings a global perspective to driving strategic growth and building meaningful client partnerships.
In his role, Raiga is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, expanding the firm’s market presence, and fostering long-term relationships with organizations seeking to elevate their leadership capabilities. He plays a key role in integrating cutting-edge technologies, including AI, into leadership development programs—helping clients navigate change, unlock potential, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Raiga’s career foundation in learning and development gives him a unique ability to design impactful experiences that align with client goals. He has contributed to numerous initiatives, including developing reinforcement exercises, leaders’ guides for “Train the Trainer” programs, training materials, and participant guides. His work has also encompassed redesigning the company website, creating storyboards, and launching pilot programs to refine learning solutions.
Outside of work, Raiga enjoys golfing, building custom PCs, working on race cars, and spending time at the track as an automotive enthusiast. He also loves traveling, taking road trips to explore nature and new cities. His passion for exploring new frontiers—whether in technology, business, or personal pursuits—continually fuels his drive to deliver innovative solutions that create lasting impact for clients and their teams.
