Kelly brings over 20 years of leadership in service culture and hospitality to Here and Now Consulting. Her career spans executive roles including Area General Manager, General Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing, with a focus on team development, operational excellence, and customer engagement.
Before joining Here and Now, Kelly was the Area General Manager for Outrigger Hospitality Group, leading some of Waikiki’s premier oceanfront resorts. She has a proven track record of driving innovation, training, and business performance by putting people first.
Kelly has led global strategies and repositioned iconic Hawaiian properties such as The MODERN HONOLULU, The Princeville Resort, and notably transitioned The Royal Hawaiian from Sheraton to the Luxury Collection.
Raised in Hawai‘i, Kelly is deeply committed to community leadership, having served on multiple boards supporting education, women’s development, and hospitality. She holds a BFA in Theatre and Education from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.
