Dr. Alina Gorgorian is the Vice President of Organizational Learning at Here and Now Consulting, where she brings decades of expertise in Clinical Psychology to drive transformational change in leadership, behavior, and service culture across a wide range of industries.
She earned her doctorate from Fordham University and received advanced clinical training at top institutions including Bellevue Hospital, the VA in Los Angeles, and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. With deep roots in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, Dr. Gorgorian applies these frameworks to leadership development, helping individuals and teams achieve meaningful and lasting change. Her approach combines psychological depth with strategic insight, guiding leaders to unlock potential, improve communication, and lead with clarity and purpose.
In addition to her role with Here and Now Consulting, Dr. Gorgorian has worked as an Executive Clinical Director, taught at Pepperdine and Alliant International Universities, facilitated workshops and trainings around the globe, and maintained a thriving private clinical practice since 2008.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Gorgorian has many joys and hobbies, including her family, travel, health and fitness, cooking and her two dogs Tabitha and Lola.
